NOAA Senior Scientist, Dr. Richard Feely, submitted a written testimony to the U.S. House of Representatives’ Committee on Science and Technology at a recent hearing aptly named “A rational discussion on climate change: the science, the evidence, the response.”  The hearing allowed for a wide range of viewpoints.  Click here to read Dr. Feely’s compelling testimony in which he discusses observed ocean acidification, its impacts on marine life, and potential economic impacts.
